01Information we collect

• Purchase details: the buyer's name, email address and phone number, the ticket types bought and the guest names on each ticket.
• Payment details: card payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Check-in details: whether and when each ticket was checked in at the door.
• Technical details: basic information your browser sends, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, collected by our hosting provider for security and performance. Your sound on/off choice is saved in your own browser only.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or direct message, including for the post-to-win promotion.

02How we use it

• To process your order and email you your tickets.
• To verify tickets at the door, including confirming the email and phone number used at purchase.
• To contact you about the Event, such as time changes or safety information.
• To handle refunds, questions and promotion prizes.
• To keep the Event and Site safe, prevent fraud and counterfeit tickets, and meet legal obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising profiles, and we do not send marketing to minors.

03Who we share it with

We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us run the Site and Event, such as payment, hosting, database and email providers, under obligations to protect it.
• Our door and security staff, who see buyer details only to verify tickets.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect the safety of guests.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, including that of consumers under 16.

04Minors

The Event is for guests aged 13 to 17. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us at hello@onthelist.la and we will delete it.

Parents and guardians may contact us at any time to review or delete information about their child. California residents under 18 may also ask us to remove content or information they have posted on the Site.

05How long we keep it

We keep purchase and check-in information for as long as needed to run the Event, handle refunds and disputes, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymize it.

06Security

Ticket buyer details are stored in a secured database that only authorized staff can access after signing in. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

07Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request a copy of it, to correct it, and to ask us to delete it, subject to legal exceptions. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. To make a request, email hello@onthelist.la. We may need to verify your identity, for example by confirming the email and phone number used at purchase. A parent, guardian or authorized agent may make a request on your behalf.

08Do Not Track

The Site does not track you across other websites, so it does not change its behavior in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
