01Who can buy and attend

The Event is for guests aged 13 to 17 only. No one aged 18 or over will be admitted as a guest, and no one under 13 will be admitted. Valid ID showing date of birth may be required at the door, and we may refuse entry to anyone who cannot show it.

If you are under 18, you may only buy a ticket with the permission of your parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian who buys a ticket, or allows a minor to buy or use one, agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf and on their own behalf, and accepts responsibility for the minor's compliance with them.

02Tickets

Each ticket admits one guest, one time. Tickets are personal and non-transferable, and may not be resold, gifted or transferred to anyone else. Each ticket carries a unique QR code and ticket number. Only the first scan or check-in of a ticket is valid; duplicates, copies and altered tickets will be refused.

At the door, we may ask you to confirm the email address and phone number used at purchase. If you cannot, we may refuse entry without a refund. Tickets bought from anyone other than us are invalid.

03Refunds and final sale

Refund requests made more than 72 hours before the Event's scheduled start time may be submitted to hello@onthelist.la.

All ticket sales within 72 hours of the Event date are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Without limiting the above, no refund will be given within 72 hours of the Event for any reason, including illness, schedule changes, travel problems, weather, late arrival, failure to attend, refusal of entry or removal for breaking these Terms, changes to the line-up, hosts, DJ or programme, or dissatisfaction with the Event. Fees are non-refundable.

04Event rules

• Zero tolerance for alcohol, drugs, vapes and smoking. Guests under the influence will be removed.
• No weapons of any kind, including prop or toy weapons as part of a costume.
• No full-face masks inside; your face must be visible to staff.
• All bags are subject to search. You may be refused entry if you decline.
• The venue is closed: no re-entry once you leave.
• Follow the instructions of security, staff and chaperones at all times.

We may refuse entry to or remove any guest at our sole discretion, including for unsafe, disruptive or disrespectful behavior, without a refund.

05Event changes

We may change the Event's start or end times, line-up, hosts, DJ, programme, layout or features, or cancel or postpone the Event, for any reason. The 72-hour final-sale policy in Section 3 applies to all such changes.

06Assumption of risk

The Event is a crowded dance party that includes loud music, lasers, strobe and flashing lights, fog and haze effects and low lighting. These may affect people with photosensitive epilepsy, asthma, hearing sensitivity or other conditions. You attend voluntarily and at your own risk, and you (and, for a minor, their parent or guardian) accept all risks of injury, illness, loss or damage to person or property connected with the Event.

07Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halloween Warehouse Rave, its owners, members, employees, contractors, hosts, DJs, performers, security providers, venue owners and operators, sponsors and agents (together, the "Event Parties") shall have no liability whatsoever to you, any guest, or any parent or guardian, for any claim, loss, injury, illness, death, damage or expense of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive, arising out of or relating to the Site, any ticket, or the Event, however caused and under any legal theory, including negligence, contract, warranty or strict liability.

You release and waive all such claims against the Event Parties to the fullest extent permitted by law. If, despite the foregoing, any Event Party is found liable for anything, its total liability shall not exceed the face value of the ticket paid. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of them may not apply to you, but only to the minimum extent required by law.

08Indemnity

You (and, for a minor, their parent or guardian) agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Event Parties from any claim, loss, damage or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your attendance, your conduct at the Event or your breach of these Terms.

09Disclaimer

The Site, tickets and Event are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10Post-to-win promotion

No purchase necessary. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. The promotion is open to people eligible to attend the Event. Ticket holders may win a free VIP upgrade; people without a ticket may win a free VIP Squad Pack for four. Winners are chosen at random from eligible posts and contacted by direct message before the Event. Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable and are subject to these Terms. Void where prohibited. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, TikTok or any other platform.

11Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Prices are shown in US dollars and may include fees and taxes as shown at checkout. Chargebacks for tickets that are non-refundable under Section 3 may result in ticket cancellation.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

13General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect and the unenforceable part shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Event.
